Spring/Summer 25 collection The Perfect Guide
This guide offers instructions on how to perform some everyday actions and, through humor and imagination, make the most of the elements in our environment.
It takes time to sharpen wit and train the imagination to have a different perspective on all things around us, but The Perfect Guide will help you to reinvent the ordinary in extraordinary ways.
Inspired by the work of artist such as Bruno Munari and Enzo Mari, and following their childlike vision of life, we have developed these instructions for educational and enjoyment purposes only.
TO SITTING ON A CHAIR
You come home to an uncomfortable chair after having played all day. These are some ideas to overcome the discomfort:
1. Put your arm and leg on opposite ends and act as if everything is fine.
2. Make yourself comfortable balancing on blocks. It’s not an easy task!
3. Just lie down as if nothing matters: you will end up finding comfort.
4. Or just give up and give a common stool a common use.
TO LOOKING AT THE FUTURE
Every form of creativity has its own raw material. For Futurists, the raw material is eyeglasses. So put them on and:
1. Be ridiculous, any valuable statement about the future should at first seem ridiculous.
2. Look for clues, pay attention and keep your eyes peeled: there are signals of future all around you.
3. Turn the world upside-down, rewrite every fact so that the opposite is true.
TO TALKING WITH GESTURES
1. Joy 2. Surprise 3. Turn a deaf ear 4. Do fun of something
5. Not OK 6. Excellent! 7. I insist. 8. Hurry up!
TO BECOMING INSEPARABLE
Time spent with friends is never enough, so we have come up with some ideas that will help you become inseparable:
1. Attach as many buttons or zippers as you can to create one large jacket. You will look like just one person!
2. At the risk of losing a hair or two, braid your hair with a friend’s and tie with a big scrunchie. You will become indivisible!
3. Tangle your arms with your friend’s. It will be so difficult to know whose arms belong to whom that no one will be able to separate you!
TO BECOMING INVISIBLE
We are social beings, but we don’t always like to be surrounded by people. If you ever find yourself in this situation, follow these tips:
1. Turn your back on everyone and place a pair of glasses on the back of your head. No one will notice you are there.
2. Stand up, look seriously ahead and put a sheet over yourself. Don’t forget to make some holes so that everything else doesn’t disappear!
